Before making any bookings you must have an account with us.
Follow the instructions How to register a new account.
- Click on the Calendar page and select which venue you are interested in.
- View the Calendar by day or week.
- Click through to the day or week you require.
- Once you are on the correct day you will see white spaces - these times are available.
- Click once in the time slot you are interested in.
- On the Booking page the venue and times will auto-fill into the fields.
- Carefully check all fields are correct.
- Click Yes or No to: Is this a recurring booking? If it is a recurring booking fill out the required fields.
- Select Purpose of booking.
- Click Continue.
- The Checkout screen will appear.
- Check your booking details are correct. Easily delete a booking using the red cross to the right. Add/Edit/Delete bookings using the appropriate buttons.
- Tick I agree to the terms and conditions of Communify Venue Hire System.
- Click finalise booking.
- If you haven't done so already complete your Direct Debit authorisation details or add your Credit Card details.
- Once you have submitted the payment a confirmation page will display and a confirmation email sent.
- Click on Your Booking to manage any bookings.
- Congratulations, your booking is finalised. You will receive an email with entry instructions for your venue.
