Before making any bookings you must have an account with us.
Follow the instructions how to register a new account.

  • . Login with your username and password, click Log in.

  • Click Your Account then Your Bookings.

  • Click Manage or Delete. If you click Manage make any amendments and click Continue.

  • The amended booking will display. You can add other bookings, edit or delete other bookings or finalise.

  • To delete a booking, Click Delete.

  • This will display as 'This booking is to be deleted'. Continue to select edit/ delete other bookings until you have deleted all your bookings and then go to checkout page.

  • To delete any changes on the Checkout page use the red crosses to the right of the alterations.

  • Once you are happy click 'I agree to the terms and conditions of Communify Venue Hire System'. Then click Finalise booking.

  • Congratulations, your amended / deleted  bookings are complete.
